“Lodge on the Loch” Wedding : Chloe & Stephen

So guys, a couple of weeks ago, it was a priviledge to be back out once again shooting another fabulous wedding, just my second since the lockdown restrictions were eased a wee bit … but who knows how much longer that’ll be for!!! But we battle on regardless I guess :-).

Chloe & Stephen’s big day had originally been planned for Mexico but, of course, those plans had to be shelved and, in just a few short weeks, the guys were able to change all their plans to a home based wedding at one of my favourite venues, the Lodge on Loch Lomond (who I always thanks at this point for using my pictures in their wedding brochure LOL).

Lodge on the Loch and the area itself never disappoint when it comes to wedding days, whatever the weather … even rain looks good here! But no such worries this day and the guys proved that you can have a scaled down wedding but still keep all the key elements and, more importantly, have an amazing day!!!

The guys were kind enough to put a few words together for me to sum up their thoughts …

I haven’t stopped smiling since receiving our wedding pictures, you captured our day perfectly and all the true raw emotion it brought. You seriously are a ninja, when looking back we can’t even remember you being there to capture half the pictures, you were always in the right place at right time. This just shows how good you are at your job, we couldn’t have asked for a better photographer for our wedding – it was truly magical. Considering we were meant to be getting married in Mexico and had 4 weeks to plan a brand new wedding in Scotland, you made it look so picturesque and now I can’t even imagine a better day than what we had. Thank you for being so accommodating last minute and giving us great photo memories of our special day

Chloe & Stephen

Guys, thank you very much for choosing me to shoot your amazing day! Here’s a few of my favourite shots which I hope you all like. Oh, and stay safe people :-).

Looking for some “Ninja Style” Wedding Photography?

Despite the current lockdown guys, I am very much still working so, if you’re on the look-out for a wedding photographer (or know someone who is), then you may just like my “ninja style” (a couple’s words, not mine) low key approach to the day! Most couples tell me they didn’t even notice me for the majority of the day and that suits me…it is your wedding day after all, not a photo-shoot! But, I will always make time for a very small number of family group shots and also, a short bride & groom shoot and here, it’s my aim to provide you with some truly fabulous pictures :-). To know more about my wedding day approach to how I shoot weddings, just click here.

I’m mainly taking bookings now for 2021, 2022 & even 2023!…but I do have a very limited number of “off peak” 2020 dates still available too (though not many Saturdays!)

Full day coverage collections start at £1500…but don’t forget my cheeky wee discount where you can save up to £500 :-).

Oh, and please do feel free to leave a comment at the bottom of the page, as I do really love to know what you think :-).

Mike :-).
