Hey guys, back with another fabulous wedding for you today and delighted to be bringing you lovely people my first wedding from this very year, back in February, when I headed over to the always spectacular Loch Lomond area for Nicole & Michael’s big day at the Lodge on the Loch :-).
You know, it’s kind of ironic that back then, having shot my previous wedding on the 30th December, I was looking forward to a couple of months break from shooting before getting back into the swing of things, as 2019 was yet another hectic year with another 50+ weddings. Who knew that just a few weeks and one more wedding later, the COVID situation would force me to take another, albeit unwelcome, break for a further five months!!!
Lodge on the Loch has always been one of my favourite venues … I believe they’re still using some of my images in their wedding brochure 🙂 … thanks guys! The scenery in the area is stunning, whatever the weather … and just as well as this very day brought with it a whole heap of wind and rain, so much so that we had to abandon an attempt to get some shots down at Luss Pier … I think the one shot that I took there pretty much sums up the vibe!
But hey, bad weather never got in the way of a good party and, of course, we did still make use of the terraced area at the venue for a few couple shots when the weather eased up a touch. Anyway, as I always say, the pictures tell the story of the day better than I can, so here goes …

Looking for some “Ninja Style” Wedding Photography?
Despite the current lockdown guys, I am very much still working so, if you’re on the look-out for a wedding photographer (or know someone who is), then you may just like my “ninja style” (a couple’s words, not mine) low key approach to the day! Most couples tell me they didn’t even notice me for the majority of the day and that suits me…it is your wedding day after all, not a photo-shoot! But, I will always make time for a very small number of family group shots and also, a short bride & groom shoot and here, it’s my aim to provide you with some truly fabulous pictures :-). I’m mainly taking bookings now for 2021, 2022 & even 2023!…but I do have a very limited number of “off peak” 2020 dates still available too (though not many Saturdays!)
Full day coverage collections start at £1500…but don’t forget my cheeky wee discount where you can save up to £500 :-).
