Kelly & Jonny’s big day at The Radstone back on the 20th August last year heralded the start of what I guess I would call my “crazy” period of weddings – six weddings in just nine days followed by another five weddings in seven days a couple of weeks later – yep, the dreaded COVID effect :-(. Lots of rearranaged weddings (plus a sprinkling of original dates) made for a very busy second half of the year indeed!
These days, I only shoot one wedding per weekend so, to be shooting three in a row again harked back to the days not long after I set up the business 12 years ago when I would shoot any number of weddings just to get established … but, needs must and all that. Still, I guess it couldn’t be argued that I hadn’t had a lot of time to prepare LOL.
OK, let me just say this … as far as weddings go to kick things back into gear, it would be hard to top this day!!! A fabulous crowd, amazing venue (one of my favourites these days), singing waiter and some half decent summer weather to boot :-). Yep, seems a while ago now but, working my way through this selection of images just brings it all back.
So, enough waffle then, on with the pictures …

Looking for “Reportage” Wedding Photography?
If you’re on the look-out for a wedding photographer (or know someone who is), then you may just like my “ninja style” (a couple’s words, not mine) low key approach to the day! Most couples tell me they didn’t even notice me for the majority of the day and that suits me…it is your wedding day after all, not a photo-shoot!
My style is very unposed, unfussy and focuses more on documenting your day rather than directing it. Minimal group shots (or even none at all if you prefer) and short bride & groom shoots allow you spend more of the day with the people that matter and have a total blast!
I’m mainly taking bookings now for 2022, 2023 and even 2024 … but I do now only shoot one wedding per weekend so dates can be very limited during peak times.
Full day coverage collections start at £1800 … but don’t forget my cheeky wee discount where you can save up to £500 :-).
