Bit lacking on the old blog posts of late guys so time to put that right. And, today, I’m delighted to share a few images from Kirsteen & James’ pre-wedding shoot in Rowardennan that we did early March. Although I’ve shot at Loch Lomond a few times before, I normally find myself over on the western shores in places such as The Cruin, Duck Bay and Luss. So, Rowardennan, on the eastern shores, was a new location for me – very remote, a bit off the beaten track but beautiful with it and, dare I say, a bit “mystical” if that’s the right word to use :-).
Looking at my planner, Kirsteen & James had one of the farthest away weddings in my files, having booked me way back in March 2012, and I bet their June 2014 wedding felt a long way off back then…not now though, and I’m really looking forward to shooting their big day at the wonderful Mar Hall come the day. But this day was all about the pre-wedding shoot and I know the guys enjoyed the session and were really pleased with the results which, as I keep saying (and I know I sound like a broken record) really does help come the wedding day.
