“Gleddoch House” Wedding : Ashley & Fraser

For “double wedding weekend” part 2, I was back again at the fabulous Gleddoch House Hotel for Ashley & Fraser’s big day. The guys were unlucky enough to have the plug pulled just the night before their original date when the pandemic first hit back in March last year, so it was great to finally get to shoot their day.

Let me just say, I love shooting at Gleddoch … loads of great spots for pictures in the grounds overlooking the Clyde and, as a wee bonus, some great weather on the day to boot … maybe just a touch too sunny for me (you know what us photographers are like LOL), but great for all the guests naturally :-).

As always, I’ll let the pictures tell the story of the day. And, in quite timely fashion, the guys were kind enough to email me through a few kind words too …

When we first started looking for a wedding photographer, we were so overwhelmed with the amount of styles and photographers out there. Finally after narrowing it down and knowing what we wanted, we came across Mike and absolutely loved his style!  After rescheduling our wedding several times, we finally got married on 17th May and it was the most amazing day! Mike captured the day perfectly and made us feel at ease throughout. Apart from the limited ‘posed’ and family shots, you wouldn’t have known Mike was there throughout the day.

We absolutely love our photos and Mike captured the whole day perfectly, from bridal prep to our first dance and everything in between. I don’t know how we’re going to pick the photos for our album as there’s just so many that we love!

Thank you for capturing our wedding day in the most perfect way, we will treasure our photos as memories forever.

Guys, thank you very much for choosing me to shoot your fabulous day! Here’s a few of my favourite shots which I hope you all like. Oh, and stay safe people :-).

Looking for some “Ninja Style” Wedding Photography?

If you’re on the look-out for a wedding photographer (or know someone who is), then you may just like my “ninja style” (a couple’s words, not mine) low key approach to the day! Most couples tell me they didn’t even notice me for the majority of the day and that suits me…it is your wedding day after all, not a photo-shoot! But, I will always make time for a very small number of family group shots and also, a short bride & groom shoot and here, it’s my aim to provide you with some truly fabulous pictures :-). To know more about my wedding day approach to how I shoot weddings, just click here.

I’m mainly taking bookings now for 2022, 2023 and even 2024 … but I do now only shoot one wedding per weekend so dates can be very limited during peak times.

Full day coverage collections start at £2000 … but don’t forget my cheeky wee discount where you can save up to £500 :-).

Oh, and please do feel free to leave a comment at the bottom of the page, as I do really love to know what you think :-).

Mike :-).
