Hey guys, continuing with my “seemingly” never ending quest to feature all of last years weddings LOL, I’ve reached the end of August and the amazing day I spent with Hannah & Justin at the wonderful Mar Hall :-).
Now, for those of you that follow my blog regularly (you know who you are!), you’ll know that this was the second wedding of yet another “triple wedding weekend”, such was the “COVID effect” and all that. In many ways, I’ve always found the second wedding of three to be the most demanding to shoot – the first wedding, well, you’ve just had time off beforehand and, with the third, you know that you’ve got some time off to come the very next day. But the second, it’s neither here nor there – how grateful was I then to have a day like this to shoot – honestly, it’s days like this that make it all worth while :-).
It’d been a while since I was last at Mar Hall, but it never fails to disappoint and, to cap it all, what glorious weather we had too – definitely a day for the sun cream (well, definitely for me anyway with little to cover my head these days LOL).
Well, what can I say … what a fabulous day all round … even selecting the pictures for the blog was hard!!!

Looking for “Reportage” Wedding Photography?
If you’re on the look-out for a wedding photographer (or know someone who is), then you may just like my “ninja style” (a couple’s words, not mine) low key approach to the day! Most couples tell me they didn’t even notice me for the majority of the day and that suits me…it is your wedding day after all, not a photo-shoot!
My style is very unposed, unfussy and focuses more on documenting your day rather than directing it. Minimal group shots (or even none at all if you prefer) and short bride & groom shoots allow you spend more of the day with the people that matter and have a total blast!
I’m mainly taking bookings now for 2023 and 2024 … but I do now only shoot one wedding per weekend so dates can be very limited during peak times.
Full day coverage collections start at £1800 … but don’t forget my cheeky wee discount where you can save up to £500 :-).
