So guys, you must really think that I’ve not been up to much of late, given my lack of blogging. Well, nothing could be further from the truth – in fact, it’s because I’ve been so busy that there hasn’t been any blog updates – just haven’t had the time. So, putting that right today with a few images from Ashley & Bruce’s pre-wedding shoot down in South Queensferry that we did back in the middle of October. The guys are getting married just after the New Year and that’ll complete my run of five weddings in the space of two weeks wrapped around Christmas – oh yes, no long rest for Mr C this year.
I’ve shot quite a few pre-wedding shoots in South Queensferry and regulars to my blog will know it’s one of my favourite locations. But, I can honestly say that I’ve always been fairly lucky with the weather, up until this shoot that is. Even so, it started off OK – a wee bit overcast but dry at least, unless of course we count the guy cleaning his boat with a pressure washer spraying a fine mist all over us as we tried to take some shots in front of the harbour. Honestly, I did think he would stop for a few seconds when he saw what we were doing but, oh no, he was having none of it.
Ashley & Bruce, a big thank you for going along with everything on the shoot, even though it all got a bit frenetic at the end when the heavens opened, but at least we had most of the shots in the bag at that point. Hope you like the images and here’s just a few of my own favourites.
If you like these images, please do leave a comment or two at the bottom of the post as it’s always very much appreciated. Plus, what would be really fantastic, is a “Like” on my Facebook page as it’s always great to get new people on board.
