End of a pretty busy week and I’m out on pre-wedding shoot duty to finish up; Linlithgow to be precise; Linlithgow Palace to be even more precise (I could give you latitude & longitude co-ordinates to be even more precise but, of course, that would just be plain stupid). Anyway, I’m with Lynne & Iain on their pre-wedding shoot and, wouldn’t you know it, it’s not raining! Bit chilly, but I can live with that any day of the week.
Love shooting at Linlithgow, not in the Palace itself (as that would cost a few quid to get in), but in the surrounding grounds and down by the Loch – just so much variety to pick from. Lynne & Iain are getting married at Glenskirlie Castle in February and, of course, I’m really looking forward to creating some great images for them come the day, as Glenskirlie is a great place to shoot.
Pre-wedding shoots are a great way of getting used to being in front of the camera ahead of your wedding day, trying out a few things and seeing what you like and, more importantly, what you don’t like, as that’s a great benefit to all come the wedding day. Guys, thank you for going along with my ideas today and for throwing in some of your own. Hope you like the images – here’s just a few of my own favourites.
