Start of a very busy Easter weekend and I found myself out and about among windmills…the sort that generate energy…Whitelee Windfarm to be precise with Angela & Frank for their pre-wedding shoot. I always leave it to couples to choose exactly where they would like to go for their shoot and, generally parks are usually where we end up, so it’s great every once in a while to do something just a little different.
The windfarm is the largest in the UK and I have it on good authority (from their website) that there are 215 turbines in total, so pretty easy to get a few shots with them in the background then :-). Glorious weather conditions for the shoot, albeit a bit breezy but hey, that’s kind of what you would expect at a windfarm I guess!
Angela & Frank, a big thank you for going along with everything on the shoot and I look forward to your wedding at House for an Art Lover next month. Here’s just a few of my favourites – just click on any thumbnail to start the viewer.
Please leave a comment…
It would be fantastic if you could leave a comment at the bottom of the post as I love to hear what you think :-), and, you can help the guys win my monthly competition to win an 18″ x 12″ framed print of their choice. Also, if you really like these pictures, why not give me a “Like” on my Facebook page to keep in touch with what I’m up to – would be great to have you on board!
