To say that July was a busy month for me would be an understatement – eight weddings, a pre-wedding shoot and even a commercial shoot..all in the space of three weeks – you know, I needed a holiday after that and, would you believe…I got one…two weeks in Majorca :-).
But, before all that, my last wedding in July was an absolute cracker as I was honoured to be shooting Allyson and Findlay’s big day in Loch Lomond…well, not specifically “in” Loch Lomond, but you get my drift…Luss Parish Church for the ceremony and then along the road to the Lodge on Loch Lomond for the reception….fabulous :-).
Whilst shooting the bridal prep, I always get a good feeling about how the day is going to pan out…and I wasn’t wrong this time either. I always have this theory that if you just go out and have what I call “a bloody good time” on your big day, then your pictures are going to show that and look fabulous and hey, from what I saw at least, everyone did just have that “bloody good time”.
Allyson & Findlay, thank you very much for choosing me to shoot your big day and for suffering all the midge bites down on the shore in the fading light. Loved the Lord of the Rings theme and Allyson…those shoes 🙂 Here’s a few of my favourite shots from the day which I hope you all like…PS – best viewed on a desktop (click on any thumbnail to view L A R G E!).
Please all feel free to leave a comment at the bottom, as I love to know what you think…cheers all!

Looking for some “Ninja Style” Wedding Photography?
I love shooting weddings and, for the most part, I adopt a “ninja style” low key approach to the day! Most couples tell me they didn’t even notice me for the majority of the day and that suits me…it is your wedding day after all, not a photo-shoot! But, I will always make time for those important family group shots and also, a relaxed bride & groom shoot and here, it’s my aim to provide you with some truly amazing pictures…not just your standard stuff :-). Great work as always! keep it up!
Thanks Alan, really appreciate that :-).
