It’s been a while since I posted up a new album design for you guys, so putting that right today and delighted to be featuring Susanne & Paul’s album from their wedding at Edinburgh Zoo last year.
It’s been a while since I posted up a new album design for you guys, so putting that right today and delighted to be featuring Caroline & Kenneth’s album from their wedding at Pollok House last year.
For me, the wedding album is very much the culmination of everything that I do, and absolutely remains the best way to truly tell the story of the day.
For their album, the guys chose the very gorgeous “Young Book” from my lab, Graphistudio. The design was kept very minimalist with an all black finish for both the album, box and ribbon in the lab’s “touch” material. To offset this and add a touch of individuality to the design, their names and wedding date was added to the covers and also an outline design of the tepees at Pollok House where the reception took place, using the lab’s customisation programme, which comes as standard with all my album collections. This was raised up from the cover and varnished ensuring that, although subtle, it stood out from the cover – looked fabulous when I saw it :-).
It’s been a while since I posted up a new album design for you guys, so putting that right today and delighted to be featuring Sharon & Steven’s album from their wedding at Glenbervie House last year.
For me, the wedding album is very much the culmination of everything that I do, and absolutely remains the best way to truly tell the story of the day.
For their album, the guys chose the classic “Original Wedding Book” from my lab, Graphistudio. The album itself was finished in dark green leather with their names & date raised and varnished in light grey. For the box, the guys had a butterfly theme on their day so I suggested that we might like to incorporate this into the design, which you can see below. The design was overlaid onto an ice grey cloud leather box, and then varnished and raised from the surface for a really effective look :-).
For my second album design of the evening, this time around I’m totally delighted to be featuring Ashley & Anthony’s wedding at the Hotel Colessio last May, and, a bit like today, what a scorcher of a day it was :-).
For me, the wedding album is very much the culmination of everything that I do, and absolutely remains the best way to truly tell the story of the day.
For their album, the guys chose the very stylish “Young Book” from my lab, Graphistudio. The album itself featured the popular “crystal glance” picture cover with a white cloud leather binding. The box was also finished overall in white cloud leather and highlighted with my own signature grey “scroll” design which was raised and varnished for added impact.
The 48 pages of loveliness were finished off using Canon’s “lustre” paper :-).
