So guys, I thought I’d sneak in one more wedding from this year bfore I break off for Xmas and New Year!!! This then, is part two of a rare wedding “double header” that I shot back in September when I took the short hop up to my local venue, Glenbervie House, to shoot Katy & Sean’s big day.
Although I don’t shoot many “double headers” these days, when I do, coming off the back of arriving home late and then having to get my gear ready for the next day, I’m always grateful that the second one is local, and they don’t come any more local to me than Glenbervie – I could literally walk to the place if needed!
So, let’s get the one “negative” out of the way first then – yes, the rain! Any boy did it rain! Couldn’t say it was unexpected as it was exactly as predicted by the forecast – but I guess you always live in hope that they might have got it wrong! No chance though; aside from a few quick shots outdoors pre-ceremony with the guys, that was us inside all day long. But, as I always say, bad weather never stopped a good party … and that’s exactly what we got!!!

Need A Ninja?
If you’re on the look-out for a wedding photographer (or know someone who is), then you may just like my “ninja style” (a couple’s words, not mine) low key approach to the day! Most couples tell me they didn’t even notice me for the majority of the day and that suits me … it is your wedding day after all, not a photo-shoot!
My style is very unposed, unfussy and focuses more on documenting your day rather than directing it. Minimal group shots (or even none at all if you prefer) and short couple shoots allow you spend more of the day with the people that matter and have a total blast!

I’m mainly taking bookings now for 2025 & 2026 but do still have some limited availability for 2024 too … but I do now only shoot one wedding per weekend so dates can be very limited during peak times.
