So like, yeah, February is, in general, a quiet month for me. Along with January, I’d say they’re the quietest months of the year for me in terms of new weddings to shoot – does give me a chance to play catch up though :-). But, that’s not to say I don’t get any at all and, although I had just the one February wedding this year, what a cracker it was as Amanda & Mark celebrated their big day at the fabulous Lochside House Hotel.
I’ve shot a fair few weddings at Lochside over the years and even more so recently as this was my third wedding there in just a couple of months – strange in a way as it’s not exactly a local venue for me…but you guys know I’ll travel anywhere to shoot a good wedding – still waiting for that call for a Bahamas wedding though LOL.
So February right…isn’t it supposed to be a bit cold and dreary? Well, not this very day…just look at the shots below guys – some glorious winter sunshine and not too chilly also as far as I can recall. And what a fabulous crowd to boot – the icing on the cake. As usual though, rather than me rambling on and on, I’ll let the pictures tell the story…
Amanda & Mark, thank you very much for choosing me to shoot your fabulous day. Here’s a few of my favourite shots which I hope you all like…PS – best viewed on a desktop.
Please all feel free to leave a comment at the bottom of the page, as I love to know what you think…cheers all!

Looking for some “Ninja Style” Wedding Photography?
I love shooting weddings and, for the most part, I adopt a “ninja style” low key approach to the day! Most couples tell me they didn’t even notice me for the majority of the day and that suits me…it is your wedding day after all, not a photo-shoot! But, I will always make time for those important family group shots and also, a relaxed bride & groom shoot and here, it’s my aim to provide you with some truly amazing pictures…not just your standard stuff :-). To know more about my wedding day approach to how I shoot weddings, just click here.
I’m mainly taking bookings now for 2021…but I do have a limited number of 2020 dates still available too.
Full day coverage collections start at £1500…but don’t forget my cheeky wee discount where you can save up to £500 :-).
Mike :-).
[…] few years ago, I shot Stephanie’s brother Mark’s wedding to Amanda and what an amazing day that was, so I had high expectations for this one and, lets’ say, it […]
