Boy, June was a busy month for me, and it ended with a long trip north to Aberdeenshire to shoot Morag & Gareth’s big day on my first visit to the fabulous Logie Country House :-). I’ve often been asked by couples if their venue is within the area that I cover and there’s a simple answer to that – YES!!!, because no where’s too far; I’ll shoot anywhere :-), although I’m still waiting for that first booking for the Maldives LOL.
You guys probably know that my photography style is very much based on documenting, rather than directing, the wedding day, and this was never more evident this very day – just 4 group shots and a short ten minute couple shoot and done – the rest of the day captured just as it happened … and what a fabulous day it was too, blessed with more glorious weather – I think all June’s weddings were like that :-).
Morag said of the day…
“The few days at Logie Country House for our wedding were a dream come true. A very special, relaxed and fun weekend shared with our nearest and dearest that we will remember for a lifetime”
Enough waffle from me though, on with the pictures …
Morag & Gareth, thank you very much for choosing me to shoot your fabulous wedding day! Here’s a few of my own favourite shots which I hope you all like. But please do let me know what you think – there’s a space for comments below the pictures :-).

Need A Ninja?
If you’re on the look-out for a wedding photographer (or know someone who is), then you may just like my “ninja style” (a couple’s words, not mine) low key approach to the day! Most couples tell me they didn’t even notice me for the majority of the day and that suits me … it is your wedding day after all, not a photo-shoot!
My style is very unposed, unfussy and focuses more on documenting your day rather than directing it. Minimal group shots (or even none at all if you prefer) and short couple shoots allow you spend more of the day with the people that matter and have a total blast!
Not sure if this is for you? Why not check this out for more details!
I’m mainly taking bookings now for 2024 & 2025 but do still have some limited availability for this year too … but I do now only shoot one wedding per weekend so dates can be very limited during peak times.
