Well May & June were certainly the months for visiting new venues … three to be exact and, let me tell you, that doesn’t happen very often these days LOL. As I approach my 500th wedding, it’s quite rare to go somewhere new, let alone three in as many weeks! But, variety is the spice of life and all that and, in my book, new challenges are always a good thing :-).
Weddings at the Riviera is only a few miles up the road from me but, if I’m being totally honest, I hadn’t heard of it before but I’m pleased that I do now as it’s a stunning setting for a wedding day – hopefully, I’ll be shooting lots more in the future now that I’ve got one in the bag!
Danielle & James’ big day was a very relaxed, intimate affair for the most part, with around 20 or so close family and friends, providing plenty of opportunties for those candid shots that I just love – just looking through and selecting the pictures for this post reminded me of just how many of those “moments” there actually were :-). And, of course, I couldn’t not take some time out too for a few family shots and a couple shoot, the emphasis, as always being on “a few”! A fabulous day all round!

Looking for Wedding Photography?
If you’re on the look-out for a wedding photographer (or know someone who is), then you may just like my “ninja style” (a couple’s words, not mine) low key approach to the day! Most couples tell me they didn’t even notice me for the majority of the day and that suits me … it is your wedding day after all, not a photo-shoot!
My style is very unposed, unfussy and focuses more on documenting your day rather than directing it. Minimal group shots (or even none at all if you prefer) and short couple shoots allow you spend more of the day with the people that matter and have a total blast!
I’m mainly taking bookings now for 2024 & 2025 but do still have some limited availability for this year too … but I do now only shoot one wedding per weekend so dates can be very limited during peak times.
