Hey guys, so after a few weeks off (on a Med cruise no less, first time, highly recommend!!!), I’m back at it today with a new blog post :-).
I don’t usually shoot weddings on my birthday, but such was the impact of COVID with scores of weddings needing to be rearranged, and with my birthday this year falling on a Saturday, there was always a good chance that one of those rearranged dates would be the 19th March LOL.
OK people, here we go again then with some more tales from 2021, and this time we’ve reached mid September, when I was back at the gorgeous Cornhill Castle for Leanne & Stewart’s big day. This was yet another wedding that had been postponed from the original 2020 date due to COVID (weren’t they nearly all!) and was to be the first of another run of five weddings in just eight days … never let it be said that I sit on my backside all day and do very little LOL.
OK folks, I’m saying it now … no more COVID talk! I think it’s fair to say that we’ve all had enough of it now and, having shot two weddings over a weekend a few weeks back, it certainly does feel as though normality is returning … and more power to that!
“Dear Blog, please forgive me for all the neglect over the past few weeks, just been so so busy, just haven’t had time to update you at all!” So, let’s put that right today and, I’m heading back to the end of May and the second of my triple header of weddings back then – Carolyn & David’s fantastic wedding day at Carberry Tower, near Edinburgh.
